Dana Randall to become the next Director of ARC

Dana Randall will become the next director of the Algorithms and Randomness Center effective May 15, 2014. Dana, a leader in randomized algorithms, is the Advance Professor of Computing in the School of Computer Science, a former Sloan Fellow and an inaugural AMS Fellow. We are lucky to have her lead the center.

We are grateful to Prasad Tetali for his excellent leadership at ARC. During his tenure, among other accomplishments, he established an ARC Industry Day (joint with RIM) and the ARC Theory Day.
